Please join us for the 4th Annual Girls with Gears presented by Bikesport! Everyone is welcome! All rides start at Limerick Community Park and take you through many beautiful parts of Montgomery County. 10, 25, 40 & 62 mile road rides are offered. There is something for everyone.

| CFH WALKING CLUB |

Every Saturday starting November 15, 2009, CFH will host a walking club at Warminster Community Park at 8am. The first walk will be for about 1 mile. Bring your music, meditate, chat, whatever gets you moving! Everyone is welcome but be sure to check with your doctor before starting any new exercise.
